Are there any requirements to be eligible to register for this training, ie is it only for registered yoga teachers or can anyone attend?

No requirements both students and Yoga Teachers can participate

What time on Mondays does the course take place and how long are sessions?

Students select and date and time for their first session at time of register.  Remaining sessions will be schedule at the students request. The course can be completed in as little as a week or over the course of 4 weeks based on student and teacher available. Depending on number of students enrolled at a time some sessions may be in a virtual group setting.

Are sessions live or recorded?

Session are live with 2-4 or homework assignments (readings and videos).

What is the total cost for the training? Is it $300 for the whole thing or per session, and if so, how many sessions are there? $300 is the total cost with 4 sessions

Note:  Participation in the Yin Yoga Training counts towards future deposit/enrollment in the 200 YTT Program.
