Our teachers have been trained in the I AM YOGA Yin Yoga Go Within Method as well as I AM YOGA 200 and/or 300hr Yoga Teacher Training. Our philosophy is teach what you practice because this is an embodied practice.

Our Story

I AM YOGA opened their virtual online yoga studio when Kiesha and Candace was looking for another opportunity to continue teaching Yin Yoga to the church members and their elderly population when the Church doors closed to public gatherings.

Since then, I AM YOGA has grown with team members who are equally passionate about Yin Yoga as Candace and Kiesha are. We kept the prices at $5 per class as we did when we offered it at the Church and we hope you can join us and invite a friend!
